The kitchen is brilliantly equipped for entertaining, open to the dining room so friends can chat while preparing meals. Great for families or adult groups wanting generous space for a dinner party.

In summer you can open the doors to the garden and patio from the conservatory, letting in the sun and enjoying the peace of the walled garden.
The dining room has a dining table with seating for 12, radio/CD, Bose iPod/iPhone docking station/speakers.
Satellite (Sky) TV, DVD Player, Board Games and DVDs provided, and numerous books throughout the house. The house has a USB charger port for 2 devices, one in the kitchen and one of the bedrooms.
Paved patio with a small BBQ, large walled garden; Parking (up to 3 cars maximum, 2 small cars in garage, 1 badge to allow free parking in "The Dene" public car park the other side of the walled garden); garden furniture. Up two steps to lawn with herbaceous border. Gate to car park, and corridor to garage.
Children welcome, ground floor bedroom suitable for elderly (small step to front door). Sorry — no pets allowed, no smoking.
