Kitchen
Cooker, hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge, freezer, bar fridge, two dishwashers, washing machine, ironing board and iron. The kitchen is brilliantly equipped for entertaining, open to the dining room so friends can chat while preparing meals. Great for families or adult groups wanting generous space for a dinner party.

Wood-burning stove in sitting room (2 bundles of logs included, additional bundles available to purchase), central heating (including in conservatory), free wireless internet, house linen. In summer you can open the doors to the garden and patio from the conservatory, letting in the sun and enjoying the peace of the walled garden.
Dining
The dining room has a dining table with seating for 12, radio/CD and a Bose Bluetooth speaker.
Entertainment
Satellite (Sky) TV, board games provided, and numerous books throughout the house. The house has a USB charging port for 2 devices, one in the kitchen and one of the bedrooms.
Outside
Paved patio with a small BBQ, large walled garden; parking (up to 3 cars maximum, 1 small car in garage, 2 badges to allow free parking in “The Dene” public car park the other side of the walled garden); garden furniture. Up two steps to lawn with herbaceous border. Gate to car park, and corridor to garage.
Suitability
Children welcome, ground floor bedroom suitable for elderly (small step to front door). Sorry – no pets allowed, no smoking.

If you wish someone to cater for your party or just have food delivered, we recommend Champagne and Caviar Caterers. You can also contact Bev at the Alfriston Village Stores (01323 870201) - she can supply picnics, lunches and they have a very good bakery and delicatessen.
